The Circle: The Art of the Cocktail

"The Circle: The Art of a Cocktail" is an interactive event dedicated to the art of cocktails.

Together we will learn the basics of flavor balance and experiment with different ingredients to create our own cocktail - one that reflects our personal taste, we will discover the basic principles behind flavor balance - between acid, sweetness, aroma and texture.

After a brief introduction and demonstration, each participant will have the opportunity to experiment with ingredients, techniques, and combinations to create their own cocktail.

This is not a tasting, but a creative process - a space to play with flavors, discover new combinations and create something personal.

At the end of the evening, each participant will leave not only with new knowledge about mixology, but also with their own cocktail recipe - a small signature in a glass.
