These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between The Circle (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer/Provider”) and all users of the website https://www.thecirclebg.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “User/Client”).

By using the website, submitting requests, registering for events, programs, or membership, the User declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them in full.

1. Subject of Services

The Circle provides information, registration options, and online applications for participation in events, programs, meetings, and/or membership in a private community. All services are non-material in nature and are related to experiences, events, and community access.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the content, format, and conditions of the services without prior notice.

2. Registration and Online Orders

The User is fully responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when submitting a request or registration.

The Organizer has the right to refuse a request or participation without being obliged to provide a reason, including but not limited to cases of violation of these General Terms or incompatibility with the values of the community.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are stated in Bulgarian lev (BGN) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are made online through the methods provided on the website. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues caused by third parties (payment processors).

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Reimbursements

Due to the nature of the services (events and experiences with limited capacity), paid fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, location, or format of an event and will notify participants via the contact details provided if necessary.

5. Conduct and Participation

The User agrees to respect proper behavior, personal boundaries, and the values of The Circle community.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate participation or membership without refund in case of behavior considered inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive to the peace and safety of other participants.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in events is voluntary and at the User’s own risk.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• the User’s personal decisions, interpretations, or expectations;

• any health, emotional, or financial consequences of participation;

• losses caused by force majeure or actions of third parties.

The website and its content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Copyright

All content on the website (texts, images, concepts, programs) is the property of The Circle and may not be copied, distributed, or used without explicit written consent.

8. Personal Data Protection

Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the website’s Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the General Terms

The Organizer has the right to update these General Terms at any time. The current version is published on the website and becomes effective from the date of publication.

10. Applicable Law

For all matters not regulated herein, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.

All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
